By confirming and making a booking with Noupoort Mountain Estate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, House Rules, and Privacy Policy.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Payments are accepted by EFT or payment gateway (subject to a 3.5% charge). R1,000 Cabin Holding Deposit will be taken on arrival via credit or debit card. Rates include VAT where applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 56+ days before check-in forfeit 50%, 55-42 days 70%, 41-28 days 80%, 27-14 days 90%, Under 14 days 100%. Refunds processed within 21 business days. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check in 14h00, Check out 11h00. Wedding Party check-in 9h00. Valid ID/Passport required.
NOT PERMITTED: No alcohol in licenced venue area. No smoking inside rooms. No loud music or disruptive behaviour. Only booked guests may stay overnight. Children under 16 require adult supervision. No pets. Guests may not enter another room uninvited.
